| Description | 1. Director General Pakistan Coast Guards invites sealed tenders (All Pakistan) from G.S.T registered firms alongwith samples/ brochures / specifications for supply of following types of stores to opened on 30 April 2024 at 1100 hoursr:- (a) Uniform and Protecticve Clothing ) . (b). Ordnance Store ( General Items) (c). Other- Physical Assets (Security Items, Solar System, Batteries Defence Bricks Store & Ammunition. 2. Firms will submit FOR prices including GST, Income Tax, Custom Duty and other applicable taxes and will complete their supplies during current FY 2023-24. 3. 5% earnest money of total bid amount in shape of pay order bank draft must be enclosed with bid in favour of DG Pakistan Coast Guards, otherwise bid will not be considered. 4. Bidding documents containing details/quantity terms and condition can be obtained from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards Kiyani Shaheed Road Saddar Karachi 3 on any working day between 0900 to 1200 hrs. 5. Qualification and disqualification of supplier or contractor will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 2004. 6. The rates in tender will be considered and valid upto 30 June 2024. 7. Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rule 2004. |
